The Agency is proudly working with a fast-growing, people-focused construction business that’s on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company that truly values its people, delivers challenging large-scale projects, and has ambitious growth plans over the next 3–5 years.

What you’ll be doing

Managing a busy portfolio of projects from start to finish

*

Leading on project planning, delivery, and customer satisfaction

*

Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on time and on budget

*

Overseeing installations and site activity, with occasional site visits each month

*

Keeping a cool head under pressure and finding practical solutions when challenges arise

What we’re looking for

Solid project management experience within construction or related industries

*

Strong organisational skills – able to manage multiple projects with ease

*

A customer-focused, solutions-driven approach

*

Confidence in working with contractors and clients to achieve successful outcomes

*

Practical, level-headed, and calm under pressure
