Chas Berger Ltd is seeking to strengthen our New Business Team with the appointment of an Estimator. This role is central to our continued success as a Main Contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment and construction projects across London, the South of England and the Midlands.

Location: Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire (with hybrid working options)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong commercial focus and a proven ability to develop accurate, competitive tender submissions. The successful candidate will work closely with both internal teams and external supply chain partners to evaluate costs and ensure commercially sound proposals.

* Relevant experience in the construction or built environment sector

* Excellent numerical, analytical and commercial skills

* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

* Organised, professional and collaborative in approach

* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
