Site manager – Brighton

Thorn Baker Construction are looking for SMSTS site manager to work on a refurbishment / refit job on a student accommodation project in Brighton.

Key Responsibilities:

Focus on Health & Safety to ensure the teams are working compliantly whilst completing the work on time and to the required specification
Responsible for ordering and managing materials
Plan, manage and coordinate safety audits
Manage and inspect plant
Coordinate reinstatement processes
Deal with customer complaints
Deal with clients head office and sub-contractors.
What do we need from you?

Must had SMSTS card and also a first aid certificate.
Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
Working hours – 7.30am-5pm
