An upcoming Main Contractor – building and refurbishment contractor that specializes in high-end residential projects in London is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project manager to join their team.
The Project manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London and be responsible for overseeing 2/3 projects at one time. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

Specialising entirely in prime residential refurbishments they have recently experienced an influx of new projects.
They have a turnover or around £10 million the company is of small size and has a long-standing reputation globally for delivering exceptional standard of work. They also offer a financially stable future.
They're financially backed and having come from running projects in New York, the Caribbean and London they're ready to take London by storm.
Effectively they're starting up there London Office – with some big hitters hired already they're looking to build an impressive team to take on an already established pipeline.
The Project Manager Role
The successful Project Manager will oversee several projects within Central London – it will be managing 2 – 3 projects that are residential refurbishments around the £1 – £10 million mark, all with a Site Manager on site.
Project are all residential refurbishments with a heavy focus on fine finishes.
The Project Manager – Requirements
High end residential experience £2 Million + budgets
Programming experience – MS projects
Competent managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experiences in fine finishes
Excellent organisational & team management skills
Construction background In return
£65,000 – £80,000
