About the role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the business by identifying and developing new opportunities within the commercial fit-out sector. You will take a proactive approach to building relationships with landlords, agents, consultants, and occupiers, positioning the company as a trusted delivery partner. Working closely with the pre-construction and leadership teams, you will support bid strategies, attend networking events, and develop tailored proposals that reflect the company’s values and capabilities. You will also play an active role in shaping the sales pipeline, tracking market trends, and ensuring a strong flow of high-quality leads and repeat business. This is a client-facing role that requires both commercial acumen and the ability to engage with decision makers at all levels.
