Quantity Surveyor

A fast-paced Cost and Project Management consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor, with senior ambitions, to join their expanding London office.

The Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a team of circa 20, split evenly between Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, who are primarily working on residential projects with industrial schemes thrown in.

Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be carrying out pre and post contract services on a mixture of new build, high-rise, later living, build to rent and other residential schemes.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Good pre contract experience

* Completed a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar

* MRICS would be a bonus but not essential

* Residential project experience

* 4+ years, quantity surveying experience

* Experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
