Project Manager

Our client is seeking a confident, proactive Project Manager to lead fast-paced, design-driven fit out projects ranging from £1M–£10M. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a collaborative and forward-thinking team on projects for blue-chip clients, co-working brands, and creative office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover

*

Lead client meetings, design coordination, subcontractor management, and programme control

*

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

*

Collaborate with commercial, design, and site teams to ensure seamless delivery

*

Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing commercial fit out or refurbishment projects in London

*

Strong understanding of project programmes, cost control, and construction methodology

*

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

*

Experience managing Cat A & Cat B fit out projects preferred

*

Relevant construction qualifications (degree or equivalent)
