Job Title:** Quantity Surveyor

**Sector:** Renewable Construction – M+E Projects

**Responsibilities:**
– Prepare and review project tender documents and contracts.
– Conduct cost analysis and project feasibility studies.
– Advise on procurement strategy and manage project costs.
– Process contractual claims and payments to contractors.
– Collaborate with project teams and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

**Requirements:**
– Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
– Experience with M+E and retrofit projects in renewable construction.
– Strong negotiation, analytical, and time management skills.
– Ability to travel between sites as needed.
