We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join a leading specialist contractor delivering turnkey data centre projects across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to lead a hyperscale data centre build in Helsinki, working with one of the most trusted companies in the mission-critical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all electrical construction activities on-site from installation to commissioning.

* Oversee QA processes, ensuring compliance with client and industry standards.

* Plan and manage two-week look-ahead schedules and manpower requirements.

* Coordinate subcontractor activities, tracking progress and performance.

* Ensure safe storage and handling of materials and equipment.

* Drive strict Health & Safety compliance and continuous improvement.

* Support project close-out including QA files, safety documentation, and handover.

* Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless delivery.

Requirements:

* Electrical Qualification – City & Guilds, HNC, BTEC, or NVQ.

* 5+ years’ experience in M&E contracting.

* Previous data centre project experience is an advantage.

* Strong organisational and leadership skills.

* Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

* EU Passport or right to work in Finland essential.

Package:

* €90,000 – €100,000 DOE
