Carry out building conditions surveys and Quinquenniel inspections
Carry out report writing and preparing schedules of repairs
Work on planning and building regulation applications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors whilst taking on technical challengesSkills and experience for the role of Senior Building Surveyor:

Degree within Building Surveying
MRICS accredited
Significant post qualification experience as a Building Surveyor within a UK company
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK Driver's license
