Fence Installer / Team Leader – Cirencester

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established fencing contractor based in Cirencester, and we’re looking for an experienced, hands on Fence Installer ready to step up into a team leader role.

This is a long-term opportunity with real responsibility and is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys leading from the front, and values consistent work with a respected local company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install a variety of fencing types: domestic, post & rail, mesh, security, and industrial

* Lead a 2 person team on site and manage daily tasks

* Interpret site plans and set out work areas accurately

* Use hand and power tools to cut, drill, and fix fencing materials

* Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised site at all times

* Complete finishing touches and quality checks before handover

* Liaise professionally with clients and site supervisors

* Carry out light groundwork or fabrication when required

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience installing a range of fencing systems

* Comfortable reading plans and managing jobs independently

* Confident leading a small team and setting a high standard of work

* Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)

* Physically fit, dependable, and self motivated

* Proficient with hand and power tools

* First Aid or Health & Safety certifications are a bonus

* Additional skills such as welding, carpentry, or basic electrics are an advantage
