Senior Quantity Surveyor

A national, people focused construction consultancy, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Hampshire office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across several impressive projects across the South, including a new state of the art performing theatre, a first of its kind wellness facility, and supporting a local authority.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall carry out pre and post contract services, taking projects from inception to completion, with the support of the wider quantity surveying team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* MRICS or extensive PQS experience

* Minimum of 6 years Quantity Surveying experience

* UK PQS/ Consultancy background

* Strong pre and post contract knowledge

* A successful track record of delivering projects independently

* Client facing / team player
