Job Title: Permanent Site Agent – Water Infrastructure & Better Rivers Projects

The Role
They are seeking an Experienced Site Agent to join their team on a Permanent basis, taking responsibility for the management and delivery of water and environmental projects within the United Utilities Framework. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
* Oversee planning, programming, and resourcing of works.
* Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery.
* Control project budgets, reporting progress and addressing risks proactively.
* Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives on-site in line with Framework goals.
About You
* Proven experience in a Site Agent or Sub Agent role within civil engineering, ideally on water infrastructure or environmental projects.
* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and framework delivery.
* Demonstrated ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive leader with a strong focus on safety, quality, and collaboration.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Civil Engineering degree or equivalent, SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
Salary & Benefits
* £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
