About the Role:

We're working with a leading subcontractor on a high-profile project and are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in builders work, demolition, cut and carve, and façade retention. You'll be responsible for overseeing the project from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a complex and rewarding build.

Monday-FridayKey Responsibilities for a Project Manager:

Lead and manage all phases of the project from start to finish.
Oversee builders work, demolition, cut & carve, and façade retention activities.
Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resources.
Ensure health & safety compliance and quality standards are met.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team.
Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and client updates.
Resolve issues and drive the project to successful completion.Requirements for a Project Manager:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in builders work or similar sectors.
Strong knowledge of demolition, cut & carve, and façade retention techniques.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
