Project Manager
Brownlee Cale is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's growing construction team. You will be responsible for managing a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial build projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of high-quality projects and play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality standards.

Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules.
*
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers.
*
Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
*
Chair progress meetings, prepare project reports, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
*
Monitor project costs, variations, and risks, working closely with the commercial team.
*
Resolve site issues promptly and proactively to keep projects on track.
*
Foster strong relationships with clients and promote repeat business.
Skills & Experience
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager on residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
*
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.
*
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
*
Good understanding of construction contracts (NEC / JCT desirable).
*
IT proficient – MS Office, project scheduling tools (Asta / MS Project).
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), and First Aid qualifications preferred.
*
Full UK driving licence required.
