The Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You will play a key role in client liaison, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the successful delivery of construction projects across residential, commercial, and external works.
* Lead and support project teams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and objectives.
* Oversee contract administration, programme management, and cost control.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to overcome challenges.
* Provide regular reporting to senior management and directors.
About You
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in the construction sector.
* Strong knowledge of contract administration and construction processes.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A proactive, solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
