Responsibilities

Lead retail, commercial office, hospitality, and event space projects operationally and commercially.
Manage budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and programmes.
Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high standards.

Able to manage up to two projects concurrently.

Candidate

Proven experience in commercial fit-out across multiple sectors.
Confident managing clients, consultants, and project teams.
