Opportunity

You’ll join a well‑established contractor at the heart of one of its flagship projects, a £10m hotel new build extension & façade replacement in Leeds. The project runs for 12 months, with considerable follow‑on opportunity within the Manchester region afterwards for the right person. You will be instrumental in managing this high‑profile scheme: leading delivery, driving quality, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will:

Take full ownership of delivery: programme, cost, quality & safety across the hotel new build extension and façade replacement.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site teams, ensuring works are completed to specification.

Liaise with stakeholders: client, design team, local authorities, ensuring compliance and smooth approvals.

Monitor budgets, control costs, mitigate risks, and drive profitable delivery.

Ensure quality control and safety standards are met – this company places a high emphasis on safety, quality, and integrity.

Maintain open communication with senior management and ensure progress reporting.
