Salary Expectations: £35-42,000 (DOE)

Specialising in commercial and industrial schemes, the practice delivers projects across all stages – from concept and design development through to technical detailing and on-site completion. The relevant Architectural Technologist:
Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent (HND/HNC considered)
Demonstrable UK experience in a similar role
Strong technical portfolio, ideally covering commercial/industrial projects
Proficiency in Revit (essential); AutoCAD advantageous
Solid knowledge of UK construction methods, Building Regulations, and technical standards
Highly organised with strong communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
Key responsibilities:
Producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings across planning, tender, and construction stages
Developing coordinated, buildable technical solutions from design concepts
Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and process engineers on layouts
Supporting projects through RIBA Stages 1-5
Preparing and managing planning applications, advising clients on requirements
Ensuring all outputs comply with Building Regulations, codes, and best practice
Carrying out site visits, preparing reports, and resolving technical queries
