This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of exclusive, low-volume, high-value residential projects, delivering homes of exceptional quality. The business prides itself on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and long-standing relationships with trusted subcontractors.

The successful candidate will bring:

A proven track record in high-end residential construction.
Strong site management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive quality and programme.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both subcontractors and clients.
Essential certifications: SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS. This role offers the chance to grow with the business, playing a key part in its continued success and reputation for delivering outstanding homes.
