Senior Contracts Manager – Fencing (HS2 Projects)

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in the fencing industry and proven delivery on HS2 or similar infrastructure projects? We want to hear from you.

In this key leadership role, you’ll manage multiple fencing projects across various sites, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You'll lead site teams, liaise directly with clients, and ensure full compliance with HS2 standards, health & safety regulations, and commercial procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee multiple fencing sites across HS2 and related civils projects

* Manage and support Site Managers and subcontractors

* Ensure H&S, environmental, and quality standards are met

* Monitor budgets, schedules, and risk registers

* Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high service standards

Requirements:

* Experience managing large-scale fencing contracts (HS2 essential)

* Strong understanding of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, and compliance

* SMSTS, Black CSCS (FISS), Safety Critical Medical, First Aid (3-day)

* Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills

* HNC/HND/Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)

Desirable:

* IOSH Managing Safely

* Previous experience with pre-qualification and tendering processes
