SITE SUPERVISOR

HEATHROW AIRPORT

SALARY UP TO £60K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to join their team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations across Heathrow, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required standards. This role will suit someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and trades

* Monitor site progress against programme and report any delays

* Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and regulations

* Maintain site records, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and site diaries

* Liaise with clients, project managers, and office staff to ensure clear communication

* Manage site logistics, deliveries, and waste disposal

* Conduct quality checks and snagging to maintain workmanship standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor must have COSS knowledge

* SMSTS or SSSTS (required)

* First Aid at Work (preferred)

* CSCS Card (required)

* Strong understanding of health & safety legislation

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills

* Ability to read drawings and method statements

* Good IT and reporting skills
