We are a growing organisation based in Sheffield, now looking to bring all our Fire & Security services in-house. To achieve this, we are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to take the lead in setting up, shaping, and driving this new division.

The Role

Lead the development of our in-house Fire & Security offering, building the function from scratch.

Define and implement a growth strategy, identifying new opportunities and markets.

*

Develop strong client relationships and secure new contracts.

*

Work closely with senior leadership to establish processes, systems, and a strong operational foundation.

Support in building and leading a high-performing Fire & Security team.

About You

*

Proven track record in business development within the Fire & Security sector.

*

Experience in setting up or scaling new services/divisions highly desirable.

*

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to win business and manage client relationships.

*

Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.

*

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
