Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a leading name in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in East London. The Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of cost management and financial planning across a variety of fast-paced commercial fit-out projects. Working closely with project managers, site teams, and clients, you’ll ensure that all projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

*

Monitor project budgets and forecast costs

*

Conduct cost analysis and value engineering

*

Manage subcontractor procurement and accounts

*

Provide commercial support to site teams throughout project lifecycles

*

Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability

Requirements:

*

Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the commercial fit-out or refurbishment sector

*

Strong knowledge of JCT contracts

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

*

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field (preferred)

*

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
