CSA Quantity Surveyor – Netherlands

As part of their continued growth in the data centre sector, they are seeking an experienced Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor to support the successful delivery of a major data centre development in Eemshaven.
This is a key opportunity to work within one of the most dynamic and rapidly expanding sectors in construction, supporting the commercial delivery of technically complex projects as part of a high-performing team.
As a CSA Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the financial and contractual management of the civil, structural, and architectural elements of a large-scale data centre project. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency, programme compliance, and high standards of delivery throughout all CSA works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage CSA cost plans, budgets, and estimates across all phases of the project
* Lead procurement processes and administer CSA subcontract packages
* Monitor CSA-related costs and ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines
* Assess and agree interim valuations, variations, and final accounts with CSA subcontractors
* Provide commercial support and strategic cost advice to the wider project team
* Ensure compliance with contract conditions and relevant legal/statutory requirements
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders on CSA cost-related matters
* Report on CSA cost risks and opportunities in collaboration with the Project Manager
Candidate Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline
* Minimum 4+ years’ post-graduate experience, ideally with a main contractor
* Strong experience in CSA packages; exposure to data centres or mission-critical facilities is highly advantageous
* Solid understanding of construction contracts and procurement practices
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
* Eligibility to work in Germany (EU citizenship or relevant work permit essential)
