Site Manager – Care Homes

We are working with a leading main contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in delivering care home projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business known for its high-quality builds, attention to detail, and repeat client base.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects to time, budget, and quality standards. You will manage subcontractors, maintain excellent health & safety compliance, and liaise closely with clients, consultants, and your project team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the construction of care home projects from groundworks through to handover.

*

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to maintain quality and progress.

*

Ensure strict compliance with H&S regulations.

*

Chair and contribute to progress meetings, providing clear updates to stakeholders.

*

Maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience delivering care home or healthcare projects as Site Manager.

*

Strong technical knowledge and organisational skills.

*

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualifications.

*

Ability to drive programmes and deliver to a high standard.

*

A professional, approachable manner with the ability to manage client interaction effectively.
