General Foreman

My client are a regional groundwork and civil engineering business. They are looking to onboard a general foreman to help deliver and infrastructure scheme being delivered in Durham. My client operate across both the public and private sector. The scope of works you will be responsible for overseeing will include 278 works, drainage and buried services.

General foreman responsibilities:

* Working alongside and reporting to the site manager.

* Managing plant, labour and materials.

* Site supervision.

* Task briefings.

* RAMS.

* Record keeping.

* Managing health and safety.

* Liaising with the client and local authorities.

General foreman requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

* CSCS card.

* SSSTS/ SMSTS.

* First aid.

* EUSR 1 & 2 – Desirable.

* Previous experience with highways or civils.

* Full UK driving licence.
