The successful Assistant Project Manager will support senior staff on education, residential and heritage projects across the region. This role would suit a career-driven Assistant Project Manager who is eager to develop their skills across both pre and post-contract stages.

The Assistant Project Manager will join a collaborative team offering structured APC training and client-side responsibilities. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist in compiling project reports, managing timelines and coordinating design teams.

The Assistant Project Manager will contribute to projects ranging from school refurbishments to new build housing. Responsibilities include assisting with stakeholder management, project administration and risk tracking.

Construction-related degree essential

1-3 years consultancy experience

Keen interest in achieving chartership (RICS, APM or CIOB)

Strong IT and communication skills

Some experience of contract administration preferred
