Electrical Site Manager

They are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join them on a 12 Month Contract in Lancaster working below a tier 1 contractor. You will take ownership of electrical works on site, managing teams, subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take full ownership of day-to-day electrical installations.

* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site operatives to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.

* Ensure HSEQ standards are upheld across all MEP activities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for the Project Manager, clients, and wider project team.

* Ensure all electrical works are completed in accordance with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Promote continuous improvement, ensuring efficiency and high-quality workmanship on site.

Experience:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager within building services projects.

* Electrical background is essential (qualifications or time-served)

* Experience working for a main contractor or large electrical subcontractor.

* Ability to read and interpret electrical technical drawings and specifications.

* Excellent organisational, leadership, and team management skills.

* Proven ability to supervise subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades effectively.

* Available for a 11 months in Lancaster

Qualifications:

* Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)

* SMSTS or SSSTS

* CSCS card
