Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee a large residential development. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

* Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

* Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

* Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.

* Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.

* Manage costs effectively, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.

* Utilise project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Basecamp for tracking progress.

* Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or Smartsheet.

* Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency.

* Prepare presentations for stakeholders using tools like Visio or PowerPoint.

* Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making processes throughout the project.

Skills

* Proven supervising experience with a focus on team management.

* Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.

* Proficiency in requirements gathering and cost control techniques.

* Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday or Salesforce.

* Excellent time management and organisational skills.

* Ability to analyse data effectively using tools like SAS or other analytical software.

* Knowledge of product management principles and content management systems is advantageous.
