Housing Site Finisher – Stockton-on-Tees
Pay Rate: £19.50 – £20.50 per hour (CIS Pay)

We are currently seeking an experienced Housing Site Finisher to join a well-established construction team on a busy housing development project based in Stockton-on-Tees. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for the right candidate to secure consistent work with competitive pay.

Role & Responsibilities:

Carrying out a wide range of finishing duties on new build housing sites.

Snagging and ensuring high-quality finishes throughout properties.

Tasks may include patch plastering, painting, mastic works, joinery touch-ups, and other general finishing works.

Working to tight deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Coordinating with site management to ensure all works meet required standards.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card (essential).

Proven experience as a Finisher on housing sites.

Ability to work independently and to a high standard.

Own tools and PPE.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Pay & Hours:

£19.50 – £20.50 per hour (CIS Pay).

Long-term position offering consistent, ongoing work.

Standard site hours (Monday – Friday, with possible Saturday work).

Location:

Stockton-on-Tees – must be able to reliably commute or have own transport.
