Site Manager

We are currently seeking a Finishing Foreman / Internal Site Manager to join a major community centre development valued at £10.5 million. This is an immediate requirement to support the delivery of the internal elements of this large commercial build.

The Role

As Finishing Foreman / Internal Site Manager, you will take ownership of the finishing trades and internal works, driving quality and programme delivery through to completion. Responsibilities will include:

Managing internal subcontractors and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

Overseeing snagging, compliance, and client expectations.

*

Ensuring health & safety requirements are adhered to across all internal works.

*

Reporting progress to the senior site team and resolving on-site issues efficiently.

*

Coordinating handover documentation and ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

*

SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid – all essential.

*

Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman or Internal Site Manager on commercial builds.

*

Strong eye for detail and proven ability to push projects to handover stage.

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

*

Able to work independently and take responsibility for the internal phases of the project.
