Their projects typically range between £500,000 – £2m, their turnover for their financial year will be circa £5m, with next years projection being circa £10m due to pipeline and secured work.

They have recently completed a £5m refurbishment of a townhouse in the heart of London which has been completed to a very high standard. Off the back of this project’s success, they have already had a number of enquiries regarding future work.

Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor/ Assistant Pre-Construction Manager
Location: Hybrid 2-3 days per week split between the office and working from home
This business is looking to hire a ‘commercial assistant’ who will have a prominent role in their commercial team. The ideal candidate will have recently graduated from University with a Quantity Surveying Degree (or similar) and will undertake a diverse role of including: pre-construction, sub-contractor tendering/ procurement, buying as well as day to day surveyor responsibilities.
Character is very important, they want someone who is eager to learn, has excellent communication skills and a personable and collaborative approach.
The successful candidate doesn’t necessarily need to have undertake the above responsibilities before, but have the desire to learn and progress
