Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager – London – £35k – £45k per annum plus company benefits

Our client is a well-established carpentry and joiner company based in London; due to their continued success they are now expanding their team and recruiting for an experience Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

* Pricing and tendering for new projects

* Managing commercial administration post-award

* Preparing monthly valuations

* Pricing and negotiating variations

* Final account settlements

All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:

* Previous experience in the carpentry / joinery sector

* Have a background working for developers, main contractors, or subcontractors.

* Be an excellent team player
