Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Kent (London Projects)
Salary: £70K + Package

The Role:

*

Manage and deliver multiple mechanical projects (residential & commercial) across London/SE

*

Act as main client point of contact from pre-start to handover

*

Oversee site progress, quality and H&S compliance through regular visits

*

Work closely with internal commercial teams to maintain budgets and forecasts

*

Plan labour and materials, manage subcontractors and procurement

*

Prepare RAMS, programmes, payment applications and project documentation

*

Attend client and internal progress/cost meetings, reporting to senior management

The Ideal Candidate:

*

5+ years’ experience in mechanical contracts/operational management

*

Mechanical background within residential & commercial sectors

*

Must hold CSCS (SMSTS & First Aid advantageous)

*

Strong leadership, communication and commercial awareness

*

Competent with Microsoft packages and able to manage multiple sites
