Traffic Marshall

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Traffic Marshall with an SSSTS qualification to join our team on a long-term project. This is a great opportunity for someone who is flexible, proactive, and willing to take on a variety of site duties. While site supervisor experience is not required, you must be prepared to work collaboratively and support site operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely direct and control vehicle and plant movement on site.

Manage deliveries and coordinate with drivers, site teams, and subcontractors.

*

Assist with general site duties and support the smooth running of daily operations.

*

Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times.

*

Carry out other hands-on tasks as required by the site manager.

*

Maintain clear communication with site management and operatives.

Requirements:

*

Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket.

*

SSSTS qualification (essential).

*

CSCS card (preferred).

*

Positive, proactive, and safety-conscious attitude.

*

Willingness to be flexible and get involved with a variety of site tasks.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30–4.30

Rate: £200 per day
