Freelance Senior Site Engineer – Modular Build
📍 Location: Luton (projects across the area)
💼 Engagement: Freelance – Outside IR35 or CIS
📅 Duration: 6 Months

An experienced Senior Site Engineer is required to support a modular build contractor delivering a range of projects across the Luton area.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting out for modular building installation and associated civils works

*

Checking drawings, measurements, and ensuring works meet specification

*

QA, ITPs, and site documentation management

*

Liaising with subcontractors, site teams, and project leadership

*

Supporting programme delivery across multiple projects

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Senior Site Engineer (ideally with modular build exposure)

*

Strong knowledge of setting out, QA, and site engineering processes

*

CSCS card essential; SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid preferred

*

Proficient in AutoCAD and setting out instruments

*

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

*

Security Clearance: Able to pass checks for access to MOD and MOJ establishments
