Mechanical Supervisor – Residential (Contract)

Location: South Eastern

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee installation works on a major residential project in South East london. This is a contract role covering the install phase.

Responsibilities

*

Supervise HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical install works.

*

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site labour.

*

Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with drawings/specs.

*

Monitor progress and report to the project manager.

*

Carry out site inspections, snagging, and H&S checks.

Requirements

*

2+ years’ experience as Mechanical Supervisor on residential/commercial projects.

*

Strong knowledge of HVAC and building services.

*

Ability to read/understand drawings and specifications.

*

SSSTS/SMSTS & CSCS (essential).

*

First Aid (preferred).

Contract

*

Start: Immediate to 2 weeks

*

Duration: Contract upto 18 months

*

Rate: £260/300 p/d (CIS/Ltd)
