With an expanding portfolio of exciting residential projects across Scotland and beyond, my client is looking for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its growing Glasgow studio.

Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role: 

Assist in the development of creative design concepts for residential projects
Produce high-quality architectural drawings, 3D models, and specifications
Support project management activities, including coordination with consultants and contractors
Contribute to planning applications, building warrants, and construction documentation
Attend site visits and inspections, gaining valuable exposure to project delivery
Engage with sustainable design approaches and industry innovationsRequirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role: 

RIBA Part 2 qualified (Master’s in Architecture or equivalent)
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in practice, ideally with residential project exposure
Strong understanding of RIBA Stages 0–7
Proficiency in Revit
Excellent design, technical, and presentation skills
Strong communication and client-facing abilities
