Maintenance Engineer – Single Man Site

My client seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Service Engineer in the East London area to work as the sole engineer on a prestigious site . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general building service maintenance and HVAC systems, along with experience of carrying out planned preventative maintenance.

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

* Carry out general PPM's.

* Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility in a safe manner

* Emergency light testing

* Carry out basis fabric works

* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.

* Basic plumbing

* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

* Air Handling units (filter changes)

Qualifications/Requirements

* Proven experience in building maintenance or engineering roles.

* Electrical competency in the form of certification

* Steady career history

* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

* A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
