Job Description:
We are working with a Super Prime Residential & Fit-Out Main Contractor who require two Freelance Quantity Surveyors to assist on a high-end project nearing completion in Soho.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in wrapping up the final stages of the project

*

Place residual orders

*

Close out sub-contractor accounts

*

Provide general admin support

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential, fit-out, or high-end construction projects

*

Strong organisational and administrative skills

*

Ability to work efficiently on a freelance/contract basis

Rate: Competitive and dependent on experience
