Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – 6 Month Contract
Location: Warwickshire
Contract Type: Contract (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable construction team delivering the completion phase of a mixed residential development in Warwickshire. The project includes refurbishment works, new-build townhouses, and apartments, offering a varied and challenging workload.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee cost management and reporting throughout the project.
Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure contractual compliance and manage commercial risks.
Provide accurate and timely financial advice to support project delivery. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential construction.
Strong knowledge of refurbishment and mixed-use residential developments.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Available to start promptly. Contract Details:

Length: 6 months (with potential for extension).
IR35 Status: Outside IR35.
