Role Overview
A varied position spanning:

* Project Support: Oversee M&E elements of refurbishments (£3–£8M), write specs, and ensure compliance.

* Surveys & Dilapidations: Assess M&E systems, produce reports, and advise landlords/tenants.

* Strategic Advice: Guide clients on asset planning, sustainability, and energy performance.

Ideal Candidate

* 5+ years in MEP Engineering/design/surveying

* Strong technical writing and stakeholder skills

* Experience with dilapidations and pre-acquisition surveys

* Degree in Building Services or related field

* Chartered or working towards chartership (CIBSE, IET, IMechE)
