Pre-Construction Manager

We're looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our Building team based in the South. 

Location: Hampshire 
Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired

What will you be responsible for?

As a Preconstruction Manager, you'll be working within the Building team, supporting them in leading pre construction activities and ensuring successful project mobilisation.

Your day to day will include:

Managing the preconstruction process from tender to handover

Coordinating bid teams and contributing to bid strategy

Engaging with clients and consultants to build strong relationships

Identifying and mitigating project risks

Supporting workload balance and wellbeing across the preconstruction team

You have excellent communication and leadership skills.

You hold a construction-related qualification and relevant professional membership

You have experience managing pre construction on projects up to £20m
