Location: UK Wide (South/Midlands preferred)

Salary: £70,000-£75,000 + Car Allowance + Healthcare + Bonus

Overview

My client are seeking a dynamic and technically capable Senior Project Manager to lead retail fit-out schemes for one of their supermarket/food retail account.

 The role involves managing both small and large-scale projects across the UK, with a strong focus on food retail environments. You'll be joining a team with a proven track record, including delivery of two major schemes, and a secured pipeline of work for the coming year.

️ Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from initial scoping through delivery and defect resolution

Oversee site teams and subcontractors across multiple locations

Manage client relationships and chair project meetings

Coordinate with QS on programming and cost control

Ensure compliance with standards and health & safety regulations

Deliver a range of schemes including:

Empty shell fit-outs

Full-line store refurbishments

Conversions (cladding, roofing, etc.)

Location & Travel

Projects span from Yorkshire to the South, with 50% based in London
UK-wide travel required

Ideal Candidate

Experienced in food retail fit-outs
Strong technical knowledge and site delivery experience

SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness certified

Client-facing with excellent communication and leadership skills

Able to adapt and be moulded into a long-term asset
