About the Role
Our LClient, a leading specialist in cladding and fit out, is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of major upcoming contracts, stepping in during a period of long-term staff absence. For the right candidate, this temporary role has the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the successful delivery of multiple cladding projects across London.

Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
*
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams.
*
Manage programmes, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
*
Monitor costs, variations, and commercial performance in line with company targets.
*
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, CDM regulations, and company policies.
*
Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and client updates.
*
Provide leadership and direction to supervisors and site managers.
*
Identify risks early, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects on track.
*
Prepare and review contract documentation, progress reports, and updates.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within cladding, façades, or building envelope projects.
*
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project management principles.
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple contracts under pressure and meet deadlines.
*
Based within a commutable distance of London, with flexibility to travel to sites.
