Responsibilities and duties of the Project Manager role

Reporting to your manager you will:

Plan and coordinate projects from inception to completion.
Scheduling, cost planning and budgeting of projects.
Overseeing on-site operations, leading and coordinating the on-site teams.
Ensuring quality standards and health and safety standards are met.
Communicating between site workers, line management and key stakeholders on the progress and status of the projects.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

Proven experience in a Project Management role in the construction industry with projects valued up to £10mil+.
Strong knowledge of NEC3 and JCT contract administration.
Relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM or equivalent.
Experience on projects within the pharmaceutical industry or restricted/ highly regulated industries.
Eligibility to pass MoD security vetting.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Eligibility to work and live in the UK.

Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
Resilient with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in IT skills including project management software.
