We are seeking an experienced Contracts Supervisor to oversee reactive maintenance and voids contracts across Berwickshire and Haddington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company with a strong pipeline of long-term work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate teams delivering reactive maintenance and void property works

* Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

* Liaise with clients, tenants, and subcontractors to ensure excellent service delivery

* Manage schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress

* Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

* Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a supervisory role within social housing, maintenance, or construction

* Strong knowledge of reactive maintenance and voids processes

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and teams

* Full UK driving licence
