SITE MANAGER

Site Manager wanted for this leading developer who focus on building homes of the highest quality throughout the South East of England. Due to their continued growth they are now seeking a Site Manager for a brand new residential development they have coming up in Caterham, Surrey which will start in November.

You will be the No1 on site on this traditional build housing project with the key following responsibilities as follows:

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the day to day running of the development and provide clear direction to those working on the construction site regarding their responsibilities and targets.

* Monitor subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.

* Fully conform to building regulations and warranty providers’ requirements (NHBC, LABC Services).

* Assist with quality inspections, snagging, and handover documentation.

* Ensure site presentation is always maintained at the correct standards.

* Liaise with project stakeholders and provide progress updates.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Site Manager within the house building sector essential.

* Strong understanding of brickwork and internals

* SMSTS or SSSTS certification.

* First Aid

* Excellent organisational and communication skills
