Facade Manager

We are recruiting for a Façade Manager to join a leading main contractor on a high-profile re-cladding remediation project in South London. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the façade works on a complex, safety-driven scheme, working with a well-established team who have a strong pipeline of remediation projects across London.

The Role

Manage and oversee façade remediation and re-cladding works on a major residential development.

Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building safety regulations and quality standards.

Work closely with the Project Manager and Design Team to resolve technical queries and sequencing issues.

Monitor progress, carry out inspections, and ensure adherence to design and compliance specifications.

Drive health & safety, ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards.

About You

Proven experience managing façade, cladding or remediation packages on large residential or mixed-use projects.

Strong technical knowledge of re-cladding systems, glazing, curtain walling, and fire safety compliance.

Ability to manage subcontractor performance, progress, and quality control.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in liaising with design teams and consultants.
